Please be aware that a $50 deposit is typically required to secure your reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, the deposit will not be refunded.
Challenging Dogs Policy
At Clip-N & Groom-N, we handle dogs of all temperaments. However, in rare cases, grooming may not be possible for your pet’s safety and comfort. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and covers our time and efforts. If we’re unable to complete the grooming, the deposit will still apply.
We’ll keep you informed during the process and explore other options if needed.
